Itinerary

Day 01: Cusco / City Tour

Reception at the airport and transfer to the chosen hotel. In the afternoon (2pm), visit to the city and surrounding ruins: The Church of the Cathedral, Plaza de Armas, the Temple of Sol or Koricancha, Sacsayhuaman, Quenqo, Pucapucara and Tambomachay. 6.30 pm, return to the city.  Overnight.

Day 02: Cusco Valle Sagrado + Machupicchu

Breakfast buffet.

07:50 am, departure to the Sacred Valley of the Inkas. You will start by visiting the high Andean town of Pisaq, where you will be able to appreciate the craft fair. Then you will continue your journey to the town of Urubamba, where you will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at the Restaurant “El Maizal”. Continuing on to the town of Ollantaytambo, with a guided tour of the ruins. After the excursion you will have time to explore the town while waiting for the train that will depart 04.36 pm to Aguas Calientes. 06:00PM arrival at Machupicchu station, reception and transfer to the chosen Hotel.

Day 03: Machupicchu / Ollantaytambo / Cusco

Breakfast buffet.

06.00 a.m. After breakfast, you will board the bus to the citadel of Machupicchu, where you will enjoy a guided tour of this wonderful archaeological site.

After the visit, and if you wish you will have the option to visit Huaynapicchu,

Rest of the morning free to stay in Machupicchu,

02.00 p.m. opportune time to take the buses to descend to the town of Aguas Calientes, have lunch and go to the Train Station to board the Inca rail train to Ollantaytambo, after 01 hour and a half arrival at the Ollantaytambo station, meeting with the transfer and transfer to the city of Cusco.

Day 04, 05: Humantay Lagoon

We will pass by your respective hotel to pick you up between 4:45 to 5:30 am and then travel in our private transport to the town of Mollepata located in the lush valley of the Apurimac River. After a well-deserved breakfast to fill us with energy we will continue our trip to Soraypampa (3900msnm). After a short break, we will start our hike to Humantay lake located at 4200mt 13779 feet, after the ascent of 1 hour and 30 min approximately we will be able to appreciate such a wonderful place and we will return to our camp to have our lunch with beautiful panoramic views of the snowy peaks and later you will be transferred to our city of Cusco, we will leave you in the city center to enjoy your evening as you please.

Day 05: Samay Tour: Visit to Tarawasi Killarumiyoc and Zurite + Reiki Therapy

07:30 am Pick up from the Hotel to enjoy this enriching experience, we will visit the archaeological complex of Tarawasi whose name comes from 2 Quechua words Tara which means bush and Wasi which means house. This complex would have been a ceremonial center that was located at the beginning of the Chinchaysuyo.

Then we will visit Killarumiyoq which in Quechua means moonstone a site of worship to the Moon, one of the most important deities for the Incas.  Definitely a magical place dedicated to femininity where you can enjoy a reiki therapy and connection with nature and your inner self. After you can enjoy a fun bike circuit to zurite and end the day having lunch in an Andean family home. We hope enjoy this new experience associated with fertility and life!

Day 06: Mountain 07 Colors (Rainbow Mountain)

4.30am start the trip to the south of the city towards the town of Cusipata, where you will enjoy a delicious breakfast. After breakfast your trip continues to Fulawasi from where you begin the walk towards the hill of 7 colors. Your guide will be in charge of your entrance fee at control point.

About 3 min from the beginning of the hike is the point where you can rent horses to make the route (rent them is optional), from this point you have 1h 40 min to reach the mountain of 7 colors, during the journey you have the opportunity to see the beautiful landscapes, walking through a path that will gradually change the panorama between mountains of intense colors and small streams of ice water that feed and give life to this valley. As you continue, observe how the colors around will change due to the climate. You will reach a height of 5033 masl. Top of the mysterious mountain of 7 colors (Vinicunca).

This will be the point where you have time to take photos, videos, etc.  Enjoy a snack while taking in the delightful views and the magic that the mountains enclose behind their veil of clouds and snowy peaks. After such an exquisite experience you will undertake the Cusipata return hike where you will have lunch and then return to Cusco.

Day 07: Transfer out
