Reservation Policy
AMAZING CUSCO TRAVEL AGENCY EIRL, hereinafter referred to as the Company in this document, wants you to fully enjoy your vacations in Peru, and therefore recommends that you carefully read and follow the instructions of your travel agent.
BOOKING ACTIVITIES AND/OR TOURS
After choosing one of the activities, you can book your tours through our website by adding them to the shopping cart and following the payment and booking instructions, or by using the WhatsApp icon in the upper right corner of the screen to contact one of our consultants directly.
When choosing a tour package or an individual tour, we ask you to pay 70% of the total purchase amount as a deposit to secure your reservation. To make this payment, we use Izipay. You can make the payment with a credit card.
If your booking is made directly through our website via the shopping cart, by clicking the Pay button you will be taken to a secure site to pay the booking amount (70% of the total purchase amount). After this step, you will automatically be redirected to a form to complete your personal information.
If the activity booked is listed as automatic, once the purchase has been completed, the buyer will receive an email with a voucher attached confirming the reservation.
Upon receiving this information, one of our consultants will contact you within 48 business hours.
If you make a booking via WhatsApp directly with one of our consultants, your advisor will request your personal information and send you a link so you can pay the reservation deposit.
If the activity booking is specified as subject to confirmation, the Amazing Cusco Travel team will be responsible for confirming the availability of the activity to be booked. In the event there is no availability, the booking will be canceled and one of our consultants will contact you.
If all the services you have booked are automatically confirmed, you will receive an email titled “Confirmed Program”. If any of the services you booked are subject to confirmation, you will receive an email titled “Program Subject to Confirmation”, which will be confirmed within the next 48 business hours, provided that the corresponding availability exists.
The main passenger on the booking must show up for each activity with the confirmation voucher, which can be presented in digital format on their mobile phone. If there is an outstanding balance due, it must be paid in cash and in U.S. dollars 1 or 2 days before the start of the tour (after coordinating the time with your Sales Executive).
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled date of the first tour for activities with automatic confirmation are entitled to a refund of 80% of the amount paid as a deposit. Otherwise, the client will not be entitled to any refund.
CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE
Before the contracted tour takes place, the passenger will always have the right to withdraw, provided that the advance notice complies with the respective policy on canceling and rescheduling the activity, which can be accessed in the description of each activity and/or tour.
Amazing Cusco Travel expressly declares that, as a matter of company policy, no changes or refunds will be made in situations that do not comply with the respective cancellation and rescheduling policies for each activity.
We understand that there may be various reasons why a user needs to cancel or wishes to withdraw from a purchase already made. If the cancellation is made within the time periods set forth in the cancellation policy for each of our activities, Amazing Cusco will refund a certain portion of the total payment made to reserve (not including operational transfer fees). The cancellation policy is indicated in the description of each corresponding activity and on the confirmation voucher for the reservation. All cancellation requests must be made exclusively by email to: amazingcusco@hotmail.com and gerencia@amazingcuscotravel.com. Any cancellation request made by another means will not be considered.
The Travel Agency may also cancel a booking for its own reasons or due to force majeure (weather problems, strikes, or natural disasters). In such cases, Amazing Cusco will contact the user by email to notify them of the cancellation and reschedule the booking or, if necessary, cancel it definitively.
If a refund applies, it will be made via a transfer through Western Union or credited to the credit card used for the purchase (the travel agency will choose one of these two options and will inform the user, not including transfer fees) within a maximum of 72 hours.
PAYMENT METHODS
Amazing Cusco Travel maintains various payment gateways and methods for the services provided, which may vary depending on the product or service contracted. Once the reservation has been confirmed, the company guarantees fulfillment of the itinerary without making any type of modification, and the client accepts the travel program according to the conditions it includes. The payment methods are as follows: Credit card: VISA, MASTER CARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS, bank deposit and/or wire transfer to a BCP account, money transfer through Western Union to a representative of Amazing Cusco.
